Unlocking Items

Is there a program or something that will let you unlock items instantly. I mean who wants to wait 5 or 3 days before they can make a trade. This would be really useful if someone knows how to do this thanks.

There has been a glitch: Unlock -> Trade to a trade partner -=> relog the trade parter -> unlocked

but that ain't working for me atm (tested with: gourd, garment, steed and talis)

This working for my club. but i try a lot with my armor, but it don't work....
Anyone can help me?
