So i have a lvl 140 water-war-pirate that i want to make water-war troj/ninja
(Havent decided yet)
My question is how do i do it? what do i need to do this and is it hard to do?
(u used to need a celestial stone and other things but i know many many things are different now)

im on dragon server too if anyone from the USA plays on a different server id like to switch so i can have friends to play with via discord or skype.
