yes, you stand in between two stakes with a club, wand, or at a 45 degree angle with a poleaxe and attack with fishie. when it runs out you get 2x speed

maybe slower
you need to be using club/blade or club/club for it to be effective...otherwise rage doesnt go off enough...
and you just stand in the middle of 2 stakes and keep attacking until fishy runs out (dont hit the restore button, or you stop attacking!), and you attack at fishy speed

2nd go to the guild gates and hope they're open or killed(don't go when there's a gw of course)
3rd if they're not dead and closed, kill them
4th step: (here comes the good part :) ) go into fishy with xp skill and start hitting the dead gate
