Repair equipted not working

i tired to use copac to log packets for repairing gears, but it don't work. I think i have read in some parts of this forum that the new patch seemed to have counteracted this ncie function... Are there any solutions to this prob?

works fine, just stand near npc

and no need to log the repair packet, you just need the item id. this is the packet:

the whole point of repairing without going to an npc is to not goto a npc?
