OpenVPN, then google for free openvpn servers.

If you want to pay, you can get NordVPN pretty cheap. I've used it in the past.

I also had this question in my mind for around 30 days & spent those days in just searching, asking and reviewing then finally when to a solution and bought PureVPN subscription for 2-years at cheap prices and I am happy to recommend you to. I saw your post so I thought to mention my remarks too.
Well, there are many other VPN providers too, you can go for them as well but do a strong research before buying any subscription because not every VPN is that good as they say.
