Is it possible to change or cancel bank passwords without knowing them? My friend said he thought you could but did'nt know how. Someone has put bank pass on my char and i put report in site but no reply and i did it month ago i dont have full info but i do have the email still. Can someone please help me?

I have a character with the same problem and had no response from support as yet and I've sent in 2 requests. I managed to get all the money out using a proxy but seeing as i don't know the UID of the items I have, I can't get them
