Hmm, we should restrict the karma system for newcomers so they're unable to give negative karmas. I doubt someone will register here just to give someone a positive karma.

I'd say 20-30 posts. And getting rid of spammers is easier than people who take karma for no reason.

What exactly is the point of karma? Other than you can see "oh this person has 60 karma, can be trusted, is respected, etc.." is there really any bad things happening now that you're so far negative?

Post counts are useless, but karma isn't. It motovaites people to do something to help others so they'll get karma. negative karma is pointless though.

there not actually useless they raise your lvl and i'm not sure but i think once you reach 3k posts your lvl 2

no, you just need to contribute lots and be helpful.
