teleportalbot?

Hello,
I was wondering if there still is a teleport bot. becouse i've seen about 5 players now teleporting(not ninja's). or is it that they would be reborn from ninja?

How can you see people teleport? I mean if your both in TC and he ends up in AC you would have to follow him while teleporting to know that he is teleporting.
