Hello everyone.
I'm trying to raise the passive skills with 6 moon gems in my gear (+ 300%), and it seems impossible. In lvl 1 I am giving 0.007 per activation and there are 9 levels !!!.
Will I be doing something wrong?
If someone knows some way to get up faster I would appreciate your advice.
