My 89% is a guess from all the Online games I tried, including Lng2,WoW and other games that I don't play anymore. I payed for all those games, but their original servers were 100% better.

theres the main problem with running your own server..you'll need several comps...account server...npc server..etc etc..wen i ran a RO server i gave up after a week cus my cable conn cudnt even take it....

Nothing that a few rooted 100mb+ connections couldn't handle lolx

You guys are failing to remember where talkin about co here..a 16bit 2d game not to mention there own original servers are not on any connection worth writing home about themselves which is why they all lag to hell after about 1 mnth of being opened.Half there original servers are sub'd on college edu connections allready.

I think if someoen were to run a private server on even a fast 10mb line it could still safely handle quite a few people without much lag..But i could be wrong i guess.

Its been a long time since Ive been to this site and even longer since Ive looked at anything for SRO. Last time I checked the only PServer I knew of was the Chinese one witch was way to laggy for me to play. Im just curious what is available right now and where to get the clients/patches and where to register. If there is anything organized enough to find it anyways. The other threads ive found so far either have broken links or none.
