[Problem]

Well ive searched through these forums but i cant find anything bout this. Well the problem is when i click on my co icon it brings the popup with the three buttons, Help, Enter, and Exit. When i click on enter it goes to the loading splash then it stays there for FOREver. So in other words i cant even play. Anyone got any idea to fix this?

I've never heard about a problem like this before. But have you tried to go into your CO folder and use one of the icons in there. Like the one that Bypasses the Auto patch...or try restarting your CPU? If those don't work I guess maybe CO is corrupt, reinstall maybe...But I'd try the first too first..

Well im tryed reinstalling. It seems that i have to run a loader to get into the game. yeesh oh well, at least i can play. btw i did restart computer and try bypassing the patcher. BLEH

OMG!! so im not only one who had this problem! herse teh fix

go into start menu
click on control panel (or settings>control panel)
go to "administrative tools"
find "event viewer"
open it up and find "appliaction error" according to the time u launched CO
it should give u a debug report
to me it gave it had an error in c3_core_dll.dll so i just redownladed that from teh FAQ section of the CO forums and its been fixed (i have to run conquer.exe otherwise running play.exe makes it freeze
