Ping problem Please Help

Sometimes I go into the game
Then I got into a lot of Ping
My normal ping is 100-800 I think
Sometimes a little more but it does not matter ..
I'm talking now about the ping ..
10K and 15K and 100K and 0000
How do I enter the game after a few seconds it comes out because of the ping
Than he knows what's the problem?
I have an excellent new computer ...

Yo,
1.There might be somone else using your computer.
2.You are downloading somthing.
3.Watching videos online gives you high ping.
4.windows 7 tries saving graphical data to increase the graphics of CO which increases your lag but it has nothing to do with PING.
Either someone is downloading or using your net,

Do not see Watching videos online

If som1 else using your network he might be downloading so your speed gets decreased,
