Low Level Items Rebirth

Hi, I need some help. I'm getting a problem with the source that I'm working in. When a character reborn almost all items that character is wearing, still the same level after reborn and first hand item is replaced for a refinery item.

I hope someone can help me. thanks!

I mean: I'm wearing items lvl 130 and after reborn items still lvl 130 except necklace. Also after reborn my weapon is replaced for a refinery item with same characteristics of the weapon (for example: bow +12 2 socket etc etc is replaced for CriticalStrike(Unique)Material(B) +12 2 socket etc etc.

I want to fix that.
