It works for the free Lavender bound they give to each account, I have a video making it with +1 steed pack bound from champions arena here:

But I recently purchased a Pink Elite PK Steed +6, and I don't think the player added anything to it because it has the perfect Pink Steed colors and isn't a 1-1-1 Steed, so it's not going to work for the frostbite formula, because it's a real Pink steed.

Can anyone confirm if the Elite PK Steed +6 can still make frostbite? Or they are not 1-1-1 steeds anymore?
