if i let my friend borrow my equips and he tries to scam me can i do a hack case and get them back if it shows that hes logged on my account? but he didnt take the gear i traded them to him

No. If you traded them while knowing what was going on then you have nothing on your side to say it was a hacking case.

It might work as an hacking cases in they werent given out from your IP.

They will see that you shared ur account but it really depends on TQ.

Thats true. If you can prove that the person who gave the items was from a completely different IP Address than what you have now then it could be considered.

Otherwise, your screwed.
