Connecting to other servers

Is it possible to connect to Chinese servers? If yes.. how? someone explain me

EDIT:

To avoid opening a new thread... Regarding to the packet sending thing...

Would it be possible to get the packet that makes waters rb at 110, so other classes could do it too? And if we could send a packet over and over to receive a supergem?

maybe if you took like the server.ini or something regards to IP's from the chinese CO folder and place it in your US CO folder.

have you guys hear of miss logs where ppl log into the wrong server and there acc gets stuck there? there must be a way to server jump shouldent there?
