old client

Do you guys know the version of the oldest client ? 1000 ? Im trying to find one on old sites taht still have conquer uploaded. The version they have up is 1206.

What you need an old client for? The most old versions are not working anymore.

The oldest client is version 4217 I believe. 4217 only had one server and it was called "English"

Old client still works, just add the "essential" files that ou need to run the game, absolutely nothing else, you might find some bugs.

i see they still provide the 4217 patch lol

all they have there is the old shop.dat. and a few load screens.

EDIT: I found the client they used to post before the latest one.

think its possible to use SM bug on old client avoiding the auto patching? am gonna try it

maybe few people 5-10 actually know another bug how to do that but they will not release it , because thye know it would also get fixed again.
@nameless, you can stp autopatching by just putting in the edited conuqer.exe, and any files that are absolutely NEEDED to run the game, meaning it the game doesnt start /w out them.
