2nd rb quest

im on third stage of the second rb quest
and i just wanna kno if each big monster like andrew or those appear in 30 mins or something like that?

well in the second rebirth if you kill any big monster it will appear again if you kill it
you do not have to wait
you just wait for the monsters drop soul dream moss
