Oh, my bad. I thought you meant the bot itself was patched, not the quest, but yes, they changed the quest to allow a maximum of two runs a day.

It's not worth releasing on underground. Most of the people haven't even figured it out on their own and thus should not release it forward. (I know IAmHawtness got it himself.) If it was released it would most likely be made public eventually and it would encourage TQ to fix the exploit that allows you to move around that fast.
