Settings > Untick Lock Resolution > Drag window sides to the size you want.

Thanks mate .. but When i drag it to full screen it,s look like the video but the things are too small is that a problem with my screen resolution and if it like that can u tell me what is the best resolution ? Thanks again

Well if you got a ****** monitor / resolution there isn't much dragging around will do.
