How can i get into evil abyss?

Evil abyss ( 2nd rb quest area ) i saw a lvl 87 newborn char there , im 1st rb lvl 118 , how can i get in there WITHOUT getting to lvl 120 ( yes i know i need to be 120 to do the quest)
