Just get the bound gears for monk, on level 50 go to bird and just don't die on the XP Skills. I did my Monk without any gears because of trade partner when it first came, in 3 days i did it 130-131. After level 100 it gets even easier, just try to kill all 32 mobs on the XP Skill, done. 50-100 isn't that hard if you know how to avoid monster attacks.
