What is the best server to Play in

i am looking for a server that hase a lot fo english speaking player and a server where DB cast at least 40kk (buying some for money ) and where there is a lot of plvl (lazy to lvl) and that about it

No servers with the db price of 40kk so far i know.
They drooped a lot after nobility came.

You donate money (3kk+ at a time) and you get better Potency, its a rip off
