How to use cheetengine

I want some help with this program , i want to know how can i make socket in germant,crop or horse with it (CheatEngine)(CE)

You cannot. This is only a client side edit - not server side. It will not work in the real game at all, neither will it work on any private server I know of. This is a dead request, thus I'm going to close this thread. You simply cannot do what you want to accomplish.
