My friend told me after you rb some waters u can get soc in those items...i rb my water gear 4 times and i no have any soc..i askd someone and he told me i should repair it with luckytime or something...can someone explain me how i can get a soc?
you CAN NOT get a socket when you get reborn
when you repair your items with lucky time it may become better quality ref>unq>elite>super
if you want to socket your items it may be socked when you upgrade it with mets in tc (ArtisanWind)

still that part about the reborn >> when you get blessed reborn you get - damag in one of your equipped items randomly.
