Help with upgrading level in TC.

Well I want to upgrade my uni 2 soc wand lvl 115 in TC as I would need a db if I would want to upgrade it on market. But the problem is that when I place the met and wand in their slots and click improve nothing happens and my mets dont even dissapear or anything, its like I havent done nothing. Also the item has full dura and it isnt locked.
Anyone able to help?

Well isnt it that you should still be able to try and upgrade it in TC?

So simply sell the wand and save for a 120 super 2 soc ^^

Your weaps already reach lvl-115,so it cant be upgrade it anymore in TC!
eventhough u put in mets,and it will not consume ur mets either,coz thats the rules of CO
so,unless u wan ur wand to be120 then u must cost a DB in market
