Kay, so I have set my config.php to my external Ip, and gave my frnd the link , (EXTERNALIP)/reg.php
it works for me
if i use internal Ip
for instance
192.168.x.x/reg.php
for him it just sits there and loads for a couple mins then says google chrome "watevz"watevz" anyways if someone could hit me up with a solution soon, thanks a ton!
