[HELP] Unpacking a .exe

Well I couldn't find the "Sleep" to unlock the fps using olly then i read some where that is it packed and I had to unpack it .
And on some thread they said that UPX was used for packing it up.
Well Now When I tried I see this



After that I used another software to check if it was packed with UPX or not and it showed



So any one got a idea if I am doing wrong something ?
What is it packed with and how can I unpack it ?
