Questions about server.

Hey guys !
Ive decided to start playing CO again and start fresh. I just have a few questions. Which EUROPEAN servers are most decent at the moment?
Which class should I go for , assassin looks pretty nice , because u can hunt with a bow and pvp with knifes at the same time, but im interested in some other options too ( Im not really familiar with all the classes after ninja, oh and I absolutely HATE monks).
Would ninja-war-ninja or ninja-war-trojan be a good option?
And if going for the assasin whats the best rebirth combo?

Oh and by the way, are there any tips on buying dragonballs from people to avoid getting banned by TQ if so could anyone share them?

im a full +12 assassin and tbh it can be fun to 1 hit many full +12 kings but with assassin u should be able to have patience because you will charge before entering arena and then you have to stay still until the opponent comes and you attack him with mortal wound. I would advice a full +12 assassin if you are into gathering dbs and so because Banshee will always be yours no matter what, all tournaments will be urs if u can get 2 strong waters to join. One thing bad with assassin is that u might get bored with it after a while because there is no challenge in playing with it, and not many people have knives so you will have to build your own
