question about exballs

Hi All,
my main is lvl 129 now reborn
i wanna get 2nd reborn at 130 and i need to know something
if i use xpball on non reborn char i will get some xp.....
if i use xpball on 2nd reborn char, will i get the same xp as the non reborn?
will i lvl up the same way?
i need xpball calculator (for 2nd reborn char)

im asking that coz i have like 95 xpballs in mentor xpball reward and i plan to use them when ill be lvl 110 2nd RB but i need to know for shure if this will get me to lvl 120?
