Need help trading locked gear.

Have searched for an answer to this problem for a while and cannot find a working solution. I've been given a old account for free, but the items are locked, and he has a warehouse password that i cant remove since i don't have his email, before you say you don't need it and its just 3 days to remove it, they changed that, so i was wondering did anyone have suggestions? i was thinking get him red name and kill him but i tried that, he wouldn't drop anything, i'm guessing since we are on the same IP address it wont, but i am open to any ideas. thanks.
