Help with Ninja

Well the tq help centre **** was useless so i decided to post it here:

Hi, i have recently started a ninja, and i was wondering about a few things which i will list below.

1. Are dual katanas better? or katana and a club in the left hand, i was unsure until i thought about fatal strike. Correct me if im wrong (which i probably am) but the 500percent damage or whatever it is, i assume comes from the right hand weapon's damage? and if so, shouldnt a club in the left hand be a much better option?

2. This is just a basic question about Attack. How does attack work? if one weapon has 50-50 and the other has 2000-2000, does the first weapon get an attack bonus? because i noticed in TG, my club and rage do 50-100 extra damage with a katana in my main hand, rather than another club. I dont know much about stats and stuff like that so its probably something simple :P

3. Is fatal strike the best way to level? just waiting for it and then killing as many, like superman with warriors?

4. Where should i level? At the moment i am level 70, and i have pretty good gear, could anyone tell me where to level 70 and above? Also, is there anywhere for melee like there is for taos? like in winezone its basically afk and zap, but is there any place similar to that for the melee classes?

Katana/Club with katana in right hand is the best for lvling but dual katana for PVP cuz its the only way you can use twofoldblades

The left hand gives a attack bonus just not as big as the right hand

Just train at the monsters you have white name on
