I'm looking for a wand or spear lvl 5 or 10, anyone know where i might be able to hunt for these items?

At labby there you should find some all items there drops low lvl weps lvl 5-10

Lab...well best place is actually market.
My friend got elite lvl 5 2 soc wand for 5 dbs.
He supered it and srged it.
He lvled it to 100 on his water and tged and never left TC so he lvled his wand all the way to 115 in market. Tg'ed to 120 and paid everyday for the EXT quest and farmed warriors while hes at it, claimed exp from mentor and volia lvl 130 water.

Lab drops these often. Also, Many of the Twin City monsters are capable of dropping these also.
