Like, not in the way that u chage 1 monster by 1?

You cannot change the exp rates for the game. Because it is not server sided, its controlled by the server. Only the programmers or whatever can change the rate of exp.

actually u can, just go to cq_levexp, then under exp just change the numbers. that part your on your own.
