Is there currently any WORKING, warehouse password crackers?

Not publically available from what ive been told though if you want it for a P-Server you could probably find one in one of the older threads.... dunno if the old editing the co.exe still works but always worth asking a exe editing buff if they know.

Nobody is going to publically post a way for you scammers to get/bypass wh passwords.

Their is no need for them other then for you to get to stolen equiptment because if you actually owned the accounts you can simple ask tq to reset it if you don't know the password, The only reason you would want such a tool is for you to be a useless theif.

warehouse password consist of numbers only. If you will use your head, most players are unaware of what they are using as their warehouse password. It could be their birth date, anniversaries, or mobile numbers. You can simply ask their age and start the calculation, if these doesn't work, ask their mobile number or date of their anniversaries. A dumb player would not use a number which he's not familiar with.
