how to make a new account for private server

i want to know how to make a new acc for my server. i have made my account with navicat. but i dont know what i have to type in to make a new acc for a normal player because if i put 8 on status the player becomes gm.

There's no such thing as PH. Wtf even is PH?

8 = GM (Game Master)
7 = PM (Program Master)
0 = NP (Normal Player)

Well. Almost.. PM is Project Manager lol. Anyways, i think when he said PH he thought it was Player Helper or something.
