i was trying to post on the conquer website but it wont send me the confirmation email.. ive tried twice and 2 different emails..

i was trying to get to lab 4 to level my warrior.. i had all the tokens (sky,earth,soul) so i went to the first floor general and clicked send me to the next floor. after that i was on the second floor and all of my tokens were gone????
can anyone help or post this on bbs.conqueronline.com since i cant?
