Question on new patch.
Before 5095, was it possible to actually unfree power exp *****? I hear some stuff on forums... but from what I remember the when unfreeing with the refurberisher NPC the item had to be chosen from a list and it was all equipment, no power exp ball option. Just asking here since some people said you could, and some said you couldn't.
