FPS-Lock

Hiho, just a simple question:
Since there are FPS-Unlocked Conquer.exe`s is there a away not to remove the FPS-Lock, just to up it from 40 FPS to 60?

Ok, after watching this, I've to say it didnt help me a bit. Im not a Programmer,etc got no Idea of CE, etc... and in the Guide was just explained how to remove the FPS-Lock but I just want to change it from 40 to 60. But thx anyway.
