mm water taos can use weapon even if there not rb .. its a very good way to level a water to 130 if you dont have an archer at hand
just need to buy Level 5 weapon ( no str needed ) and level it up in market
ive done this once before .. since i dont really have the money to keep buying level 5 good weapons xD but it did really help just got water pleveled to 120 from friends and from there tg'd it with the 2 hander untill 130... took awhile , but i dont think anyone else has the patience to zap monsters to 130 on a water haha..
anyway id say spear .. its alot more usefull in pvp, tg's well and leveling with its not to bad aswell =) good luck
