Arrow Need help!

yesterday i was using cid proxy
and than suddenly disconected and said"server in manutane"
waht should i do?... because since yesterday said that message...
Its normal or not?
someone have the same problem ?

im pretty sure its maintanence .. if you got banned itll tell you your banned lol
