[Help] itemtype.dat not working!

Hello,

I really want to do this because it will help me alot while hunting.. So, what happened with me is that I tried to modify "itemtype.dat" to add prefixes for quality items like [R], [U], [E] and [S] so I started by searching for decryptors and I found one, it worked, it turned .dat into .txt and the items' IDs and names were visible and I was able to edit them and add whatever I want but when I encrypt it back to .dat and put it back in "ini" folder and then launch the game.. All the items disappear (in inventory, blacksmith even "view equipment").. so please help me by a tutorial or a program that would do it.

Also I opened the original "itemtype.dat" and the encrypted modified one with notepad and the encryptions were different..

I'm running patch 5589, if you have an already modified one, please upload it here or tell me how to encrypt it back to work fine.. thanks very much in advance!

so what do i have to change inside to see [R], [U], [E] and [S?

Look For The Item Name, For example, ConquestArmor u add [F][R][U][E][S]
[F] = Fixed
[R] = Refined
[U] = Unique
[E] = Elite
[S] = Super

ConquestArmor[S]

There should be 5 or 6 ID's for the same item name.

The Ones that End in 9 are supers, end in 8 are elite, end in 7 are unique i belive

Its not possible to detect +1s from the itemtype.dat, the only way i know of detecting +1s is by mentor reward +1 status if the apprentice kills a monster that drops a +1 the mentors +1 will go up by 0.01 i belive

hey guys i got itmetype v2
it work fine with me but still have that silly problem
when i offer something by clicking CTRL + L click on what ever i want to sell
it shown to theme numbers
