this way to get information about any thing do you want .... i want know which TQ use to pack Conquer.exe to can unpack it to get Password Algorithms and auth Cryptography to decrypt Packet With length 262 .... but packet with length 240 and 1124 can decrypt with old Auth Cryptography

They use Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 as the compiler. That's all I know. I checked with PEiD.

Well you could have figured that out with simply checking what compiler is needed to compile the EO client.
