Get a noob 21 lvls lower than you, a Water to Rev the said noob and go to Bi.
Team as u would NORMALLY,,, but THE FRIGGIN SECOND The noob gives you the VP's... get the noob to attack u so it flashes then kill it with Capture, do the flash/capture kill 3 times for the noob then re-kill a couple bird-men and watch the SAME VPs you got before coming again. (* Basically it gives u VPs when it passes a ceartain XP amount, you want to make it keep hitting that amount, for example 66.42 pc XP *)

You need to have HeavenBlessing and go to Offline TG. Now log back in, click Close on the dialogue in the Offline TG and now make a team. Set it to Auto Invite. Now people will start joining the team, when they click Confirm and leave Offline TG they go back to somewhere and IF THEY LEVEL you get the VPs. Go afk if you like :) But your team might start filling up.
