Conquer online friend menu does not open help

as the title states, when i click on friend it does not open up but every things else opens up such as guild ect. how do i fix

but is it when you try to open Conquer? or when u install?

1 install net framework again or 2 you got a virus (i had the same message when i had a virus)

yh when i tryed to open, i installed CO clicked standard def then it comes up with that msg

well, if you can reformat ur pc, system restore is also good or get rid of that virus OR, reinstall net frame.
