Hamachi/Freewebs/Etc
I don't know why people make such a fuss about it. If a server is hosted on Hamachi, it could be because the ISP has problems with port forwarding and static IPs (like mine).
Some people don't like to pay 7 bucks a month +10 a year for a domain and professional hosting. Even if it isn't that much, it adds up. I don't like to see my bank account balance lower little by little for a website which will get less traffic than my ****.
Heck, even LOTF's forum is barely active. Elitist attention whores who go on threads posting "LOLHAMACHITHISFAILSOMG" contribute nothing to the thread and often creates retarded and useless debates. If you're not interested in trying a server for whatever ******* reason, then by all means stay away from it. If you don't have any advice, positive (or neutral comment) or even chatter in mind, then stay the **** off the thread.
Your e-***** will look bigger in front of the other idiots, but you won't get more satisfaction than that. Just take that time to get better at C# or do something of your ****** basement dwelling life.

noob a professional html website is free to upload -.- you just make a account on funpic.org (found on google) you activate the ftp domain and u use ftpclient to upload your website files to the ftp domain and done you got a good website for free-.- but the problem is that there are no public conquer layouts/templates and yes i make them and no im not gonna release them for nothing.
and does it matters what domain you got? .co.cc is good and .games.com is good to or .tt.com and .co.nr wth is wrong with those 4 FREE domains:S?

You're a ****** and a lame troll. Please die.
@Think-Fast: It doesn't matter what the website host/url if all you need is to register an acc and get the server.dat file (or just the ip).

Static ips if anything are the best way to host. As for port forwarding, if YOUR ISP has to port forward for you, you might as well not bother hosting period. The reason people say they fail is because if you are not computer savvy enough to figure out how to port forward, or find out how to get your own ip, etc, then chances are your server will fail due to you not knowing how to run it. Most of the time it does work like that so it's valid to say freewebs + hamachi will usually end in failure. A website is 9-10$ a year for domain, maybe 2-5$ a month for hosting (low end, but co servers shouldn't need too much as far as website hosting goes), so that's what.. say 5$ * 12 = 60$? + 10$? 70$ a -year- to keep a site up. And if you can leech off a friend's hosting, 10$ a year =) Tbh, if you're not willing to spend a little cash on a server, you're probably not going to do much else for it.
On a lighter note, I have like 8245783257825782578252TB of transfer a month I don't use on my hosting. If you have a domain or wouldn't care for a sub off my domain, I wouldn't mind hosting anyone's site :P no ads, fast, high uptime, etc yadda.

I don't need my ISP to port forward for me. What I meant was that when I made my IP static, the connection started being terribly unstable. The speed was drastically reduced. If I hosted a server with that line, everyone would lag and dc all the time. For *** knows what reason, any computer on this network will run much better with automatic ip distrubution.

Usually ISP's don't allow you to set your ip as static. If your ISP changes your ip and you're still using the old one, generally you will be disconnected due to ip conflicts. You'd have to go through them for static ips and in which case should perform just the same as a dynamic.
