How about, maybe since zhou (the guy that does the sv or involved in some way) is chinese and the chinese servers are updated days before the english version comes out, he has time to crack it. BUT that's only a theory!
i believe its more of a like they actually have access to the base source code of co... therefore for them to create a bot using the base source code is not difficult....
oh yea... remember the time that there were rumours of sv getting sued for using some CO files?
If it's a memory editing program, SV has to have access to a client before they can make a new release meaning if it's not a released CO version and they make an update they get access to patches before anyone else. Chinese CO clients are different from US CO clients. The ONLY explanation for that is it being TQ and they're done with the patch and they spent the extra time updating SV for it :P
