which is the best private server?

there have been a lot of posts here about private servers. But the comments about them have been the subject of my attention. they all flame servers that are from my opinion very good. ive been playing CO2 a long time and servers that have high drop and exp rates can really be relaxing but everyone comment that they suck, good for nothing... so can anyone tell me which is the best private server to play on? and id like sum carateristics of the server too

Qonquer Deff... rates better than CO yet it is relaxing, it has 3rd reborns, enchant weapons with skills, 24/7 up time nearly no db wipes, custom client so its easy to install you can't go wrong with Qonquer

Best pserver? None. Few work and fewer are playable. Most settle with half-assed setups and leave it at that. QO would be the most advanced, but not necessarily the best pserver.

personally i though HCO was the best it reminded me of the good old days when qonquer had commands, i mean lvling ure char is fun but i just loved using ss/fb and all that good stuff
