I'm not sure if I know exactly what you mean. From your post I gather that you want something that will notify you when a meteor drops. If you have sound, it's easy to tell, better yet, just look.
If you meant for all items, to tell if they're Refined, Unique etc etc, then check out the Bots and Macros section for AniEdit, or RUES.
