If you're King on other server and want to shift to other server - your title remains the same considering the donation on other server. And same about VIP and other things too.
Thats mean TQ will somehow implement new security checks which maybe work better. Cause too many botters there and 3k cps is nothing for them . ( i was able to make 3k daily) Also This will Fu*K up all the conquer comunity cause all the good players ( bulkers) will gone to one or 2 servers and in this way many servers will be merged , and the most used ones overlaggeds .
I think TQ first time should solve the problem with the GMs , HelpDesks and Vidsters , I saw and heard also theres are many GMs who got $$ from botters ( richass bulkers whos bott also) to close theyr eyes when they see theyr noobs in vids :P ..
You got a good point there - that all bulkers will go to the the same server and at the same time some server will go down too (considering all good players have left).
The thing is making a DB and CP's as you've mentioned is not quite easy nowadays. That's why I've started on forums such as these. I won't go for bot never. The only way I'd become powerful is by - buying some good gears on forums such as these and getting DB's scroll for cheap if possible.
The thing about GM, Help Desk etc, I believe TQ don't care about these things if they would then their GM would be active and ban all the botters and help desk people would really know what they're talking about.

I personaly know some players from the server where i play who always tell me "i dont care about the vid report cause i am a vidster too " =) so thats epic.
The 2nd what i always heard is the " No problem bro . report me my friend is GM and i will get out for free " And the less used one is : "My sister/cousine/broather works at TQ , and if i want you will get ban " happens in my server when about 20 good players got a temporary ban. so shity
I think they stopped accepting video. Some time back some uber powerful king 'tard with ridiculous BP whispered me while I was FSing in the Grotto trying to get to level 131. Next day I was botjailed, and this **** thought it was funny he screwed me. So I found the c*nt in-game with a newb account and took a snapshot of his spawn packet. Using my trusty proxy I logged in 2 accounts on different PCs, set my proxy to replace my ninja's spawn packet with his spawn packet and just botted around a bit recording what seemed to be a completely legit video of this muppet botting his *** off. He got bot jailed soon after. After which, I emailed TQ stating the video was completely fake and they should not take videos on face value.

..... idk if they are fakes ... the 3k cps fee for transfer was suggested on conquer forum =) I think there he got the idea.. and dont flame others
